WHERE BASEBALL DEVELOPMENT CONNECTS

Train with purpose.
Prepare for the whole game.

SeamLab Performance organizes supplemental strength, arm care, activation, endurance, and recovery around the athlete’s real baseball week.

General supplemental exercise—not medical treatment, rehabilitation, or clearance to play.
ABOUT THE FOUNDER

Built from a lifetime in baseball and sports medicine.

My name is Christian Galindo. I am a high school Sports Medicine and Health Science teacher, baseball coach, and lifelong player.

I completed internships with Major League Baseball organizations where arm care was part of the daily work. I also organized and coordinated arm care for a Division I baseball program.

I earned a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training and a Master of Science in Applied Exercise Science, and I hold PES and CES certifications.

WHY I CREATED SEAMLAB

The work around throwing should respond to the week.

I created SeamLab Performance after seeing athletes follow arm care routines that did not change when their throwing workload changed.

Practices move, games change, and workloads are not always predictable. SeamLab looks at what the athlete is actually doing before organizing the supplemental work around it.

MY TRAINING PHILOSOPHY

Every exercise should have a purpose.

Athletes should understand what they are doing, why they are doing it, and how it fits into the rest of their week.

SeamLab helps baseball players build strength and consistent habits between throwing sessions. It does not diagnose injuries or replace care from a qualified medical professional.

WHY SEAMLAB

Every seam connects.

The seams are one of baseball’s most recognizable details. They connect the pieces of the ball, influence how it moves, and represent the precision built into the game.

Lab reflects the process: observe the workload, organize the week, learn from the athlete’s response, and keep improving the plan.

Together, SeamLab represents connected, thoughtful development for the complete ballplayer.

WHY CHOOSE SEAMLAB

More than a list of exercises.

SeamLab begins with the athlete’s actual baseball schedule rather than treating every training day the same.

As the week changes, the system coordinates strength, endurance, activation, recovery, throwing demands, and available equipment.

The result is a clear plan that shows what to do, when to do it, and how each session fits into the bigger development picture.

THE GOAL

Helping ballplayers build strength, capacity, and better habits for the long run.

I want to help athletes prepare for the demands of baseball while building habits they can carry throughout their careers. SeamLab Performance will continue to improve through coaching experience, athlete feedback, and thoughtful application.

HOW IT WORKS

Simple inputs. A smarter weekly structure.

01

Plan the week

Enter No Throw, Throwing, Bullpen, or Game for each day.

02

Follow the assignment

Get a strength, endurance, recovery, game-day, or off prescription.

03

Confirm real workload

Record actual game and bullpen pitches so upcoming work adjusts.

BUILT FOR REAL BASEBALL WEEKS

Plans change. SeamLab adapts with them.

BUILT FOR HEALTHY BASEBALL PLAYERS

For athletes building a consistent performance routine.

SeamLab complements—not replaces—team programming, coaching, medical care, or return-to-play decisions. Athletes with pain, injury, neurological symptoms, or medical restrictions should stop and involve a parent or guardian and an appropriate qualified professional.
